Do you have cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice may result in a service charge of 50% of the total service cost.
Do you have Gift Certificates?
We would be happy to mail any of our products, gift baskets, or gift certificates to your home, office, or to your friends and family. Custom made gift baskets are available for all occasions.
Should I shower before a body treatment?
Yes, you should. We recommend a shower to prepare the body for treatment, we also encourage you leave the essential oil on the body at least 24 hrs after treatment.
Should I remove makeup before a facial?
Not necessarily even though a facial is performed without makeup we do have gentle organic makeup cleansers to gently remove your makeup before a facial.
How often should I do a facial?
We recommend 3 to 4 times a year, however if you are prone to acne or you have aging skin we recommend a facial every 4 to 6 weeks.
How should I take care of my face at home?
We recommend using a facial cleanser, toner and moisturizer. Use these every evening just before going to sleep.
Should I wash my hair before I do a color treatment?
No, you should not. It’s best to color on dry hair also to avoid scalp irritation.
Should I shampoo before a relaxer or texturizer?
No, you should not. We recommend you do not shampoo 3 to 5 days before the service and 7 days if scalp is sensitive, shampooing the same day of service can cause severe scalp irritation.
Should I wash my hair before a perm?
Yes, you should, to remove any product buildup,product left on the hair might prevent uneven processing of the perm.
Can I color after a perm, relaxer, or texturizer?
Yes, but only with a semi-permanent color or a color rinse to avoid any damage to the hair, if you wish a permanent color we recommend you wait at least a week.
Can I bleach my hair and do a perm or a texturizer or a relaxer?
No, never. By doing this your hair can be severely damaged or break off.
How often should I do a pedicure and manicure?
For best results we recommend you get them done once every 4 weeks. However if you are a diabetic we strongly recommend you get them done every 3 weeks. We also suggest the use of daily foot products for diabetics.

Because your services are exclusively reserved for you, a credit card may be required to hold your appointment. 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice may result in a service charge of 50% of the total service cost.
